Meet Lyndie Lou

It has long been Lynda Parkinson’s joy to share her cookies with her community. Growing up, her six siblings fondly referred to her as Lyndie Lou - a nickname she has loved and carried into her business. Lynda began making fun, creative cookies with her grandbabies and quickly discovered a great love for the art of baking and decorating delicious treats.
She has volunteered her goodies at church related events and has loved the challenge of decorating her cookies for a theme. She has also catered cookies for weddings, bible studies, memorial services, and a variety of other events.
Lynda has been married to her husband Charlie for 34 years and together they have four children and thirteen grandchildren (and counting!).
